SUMMARY OF MACHINE
- Fulfill the processes automatically i.e. paper feeding, printing (1~4 colors), scoring, trimming, slotting, angle cutting (hole punching) or die cutting, stacking
- Designed according to high request and reliable function, humanization operation that can setting, revision, implement, changing and memories in short time, and display data.
- All of drive rollers are made of high-quality steel, hard chrome plated the surface with grinded.
- The drive gear adopts good quality steel after heat treatment and gear shaving process, all of main drive gear equipped with cross slide block to make sure transmission accuracy.
- The main drive roller adopts keyless connect, decrease the connection gap, ensure printing precision.
- Engineer oil automatic balance device, keep the oil level equal in each unit.
- Phase adopts electric digital adjusting with “automatic zero return” and “memories” function
- It adopts roller type lead edge feeding or push kick type feeding system.
- The main motor is frequency motor with VDF, work stable.
- Available to match with Automatic Feeder or Semi-automatic Type for saving Labor cost.
- Available for match with Vibrator and Counter Stacker for easy cardboard stacking.
- Independent Line Speed Control optional for Die cutter.
- Ceramic Anilox Roller and Chambered Doctor Blade Optional for Good quality printing, especially for small letter and lines.
