  1. A Complete Corrugating Board Production Line Includes The Following Machines:Mill Roll Stand, Pre-Heater, Splicer, Single Facer, Over Bridge, Multi-Pre-Heater, Glue Machine, Double Baker, Slitter Scorer, Cutoff, Stacker, And Ect.
  2. Raw Paper Roll Feeded to The Roll Stand, After Heated And Moisture Adjusted By The Per-Heater, Raw Paper Will Go To The Single Facer, Corrugated By It, And Gluing Together With Another Raw Paper To Become Single Faced Corrugating Paper, Then Conveyed Through The Over Bridge, Re-Heated By Multi-Pre-Heater, After Glued By Glue Machine, Jointed By The Double Backer, Continuous Corrugating Board Comes Out.
  3. After Slitting And Scorring By Slitter Scorer And Transverse Cutting By Cutoff, Corrugating Board With Different Sizes Are Produced. At Last, These Different Sizes Corrugating Board Will Be Stacked, Calculated.
  4. Heating Way:Steam Heating.

  1. The hot plate section’s lifting adopts hydraulic system, auto control. Each set of pressure rolls is provided with manual fine adjustment and the cylinder is automatically upgraded.
  2. For the top and bottom canvas, are equipped with right / left auto rectifying device which is controlled by bladder cylinder. Cylinder controls the tension of canvas belt to ensure its stability in high-speed working.
  3. Hot plates’ steam heating is divided into 4 groups to supply steam and water drainage independently. The last two groups’ temperature control valve can cut off steam source through the button at the operation console, no need to manually close the valve, so improve efficiency. Moreover, it can control the hot plates’ surface temperature according to the humidity at different seasons, to ensure the flatness of cardboard .
  4. The base of the hot and cold plate section is welded with a strong 150H steel frame base to ensure that 20 meters double facer during long use period, the foundations won’t subside to affect the horizontal of hot plates.
  5. The upper and lower rollers are fixed by mounting plates, using imported bearings, the upper pressing roll is self-adjusted.
  6. The pressing roller in cooling section is equipped with cylinder that can be lifted up. When the base paper too thin or producing 3 plys cardboard, lift up the pressing roller in cooling section, it won’t crush the corrugates, reduce resistance and save electricity.
  7. Heating plates adopt three-point-lock design, which improve horizontal stability greatly compared with traditional two-point-lock.
  8. There are spray nozzles installed inside heating plates. When producing 4 plys cardboard, turning on the spray nozzles can improve line speed greatly and improve the pasting effects.
