  1. A Complete Corrugating Board Production Line Includes The Following Machines:Mill Roll Stand, Pre-Heater, Splicer, Single Facer, Over Bridge, Multi-Pre-Heater, Glue Machine, Double Baker, Slitter Scorer, Cutoff, Stacker, And Ect.
  2. Raw Paper Roll Feeded to The Roll Stand, After Heated And Moisture Adjusted By The Per-Heater, Raw Paper Will Go To The Single Facer, Corrugated By It, And Gluing Together With Another Raw Paper To Become Single Faced Corrugating Paper, Then Conveyed Through The Over Bridge, Re-Heated By Multi-Pre-Heater, After Glued By Glue Machine, Jointed By The Double Backer, Continuous Corrugating Board Comes Out.
  3. After Slitting And Scorring By Slitter Scorer And Transverse Cutting By Cutoff, Corrugating Board With Different Sizes Are Produced. At Last, These Different Sizes Corrugating Board Will Be Stacked, Calculated.

Features

  1. Stratification independent drive for precise synchronization .
  2. The Traditional composite glue machine is mechanically synchronized or frequency synchronization. However, those two methods can not 100% achieve synchronization effect in the actual use process, which will cause a large amount of paste waste and reduce the production rate, while affect the quality of cardboad. By contrast, XHL uses unique differential synchronizer way to ensures that the paste is synchronized in any situation. Compared to other manufacturers, 20% -30% amount of paste can be saved.
  3. Glue roll is processed by cobwebbing, save paste and avoid splash. All rotation rolls are processed by dynamic balance.The gap between the paste gap control and the pressure roller can be adjusted according to the button of the display, also can be automatically adjusted by the PLC. Paste tray is penumatic lifting, easy for cleaning and maintenance.
  4. Pasting angel will be designed according to the situation, to make sure the paste is applied onto the corrugated tooth tip.
