BRIEF INTRUCTION
Two Pieces Joint Gluer, one of post-printing equipment, is specially designed for two pieces joint carton box adhering. There are 3 sets of glue-head, includes two sets of hot-melt glue and one liquid material. It has widely application for offset boxes and Kraft corrugated boxes.
The standard model of two pieces joint gluer includes SP-GFAB2300A/2600A/3200A. Also can customized other size according to customer’s requirement.

FEATURES
- Sheet feed automatically by belts with air suction.
- The whole machine adopts PLC and touch screen control, with automatic detection of all parts of the fault problem, convenient maintenance, and can be manually adjusted through the button operation.
- Automatic paper feeding, automatic glue coating, automatic alignment and pressing and counting functions.
- With suction paper feeding, simple adjustment, fast speed, accurate paper feeding, saving manpower.
- The machine can choose single, double pieces of sheet model. Can process with normal slotted box and die-cut box by special edge, can choose continuous and intermittent feeding.
- Controlled by Double servo motor, greatly providing speed and accuracy.
- The feeder adopts double suction fan for paper feeding, which can effectively improve the accuracy of paper feeding, especially for the uneven board.
- This machine has three sets of pasting devices, Two-in-one can use hot melt adhesive and ordinary cold adhesive bonding.
- Pressed by the multi-station pneumatic pressure mechanism.
