SUMMARY OF MACHINE
Box Folder Gluer Machine is also named as Automatic Folder Gluer or Automatic Folding Gluing Machine, this machine will be used after cardboard pass Flexo Printer Slotter Machine, then use this machine for Gluing, Folding and Ejecting, after that can match with Automatic Strapping Machine.
This machine can finish the process of Feeding, Gluing, Folding, Counting and Ejecting, and can set the quantities of Ejecting like 10pcs, 20pcs or similar quantities.
THE MAIN FEATURES:
- This machine is designed according to High Standard, Reliable Performance and Safety Standard, Easy to Operate and Maintain.
- The whole machine adopts PLC and touch screen and Button for controlling.
- Paperboard feeding, gluing, folding, adjusting, counting and stacking can be done automatically.
- Feeding unit designed with vacuum suction, and adopted leather belt for paperboard delivery.
- It equipped creasing and re-creasing function in order to be even more accurate when folding.
- Automatic DUAL SQUARER, lower defective rate.
- Improving folding accuracy if happen paper skew through differential adjusting function. Scissors shape tail could not happen.
- Automatic accounting, squaring then stacking. All cartons can be piled up according to a certain quality. Pre-set the producing quantity is available.
- There is a space for temporary storage and squarer after folding and gluing, to ensure the cartons well-glued and fixed.Can match with auto strapping machine.
- All the Materials of Auto Folder Gluer with Supper Quality, such as Thickness of FRAME is 60mm, and TRANSMISSION GEARS are made of Imported alloy, carburized and quenched, Precision Grinding, and equipped with Automatic Oil Balance System for Lubrication, Bearings are use International First-class Brands like NSK, NTN and etc.…
