SUMMARY OF MACHINE
SP-JMY1500/1800 type of Semi-automatic Folder Gluer is mainly used for gluing irregular boxes, especially Die-cutting boxes, it’s easy to operate and maintain, fast speed and save labor cost.
MACHINE PHOTOS
THE MAIN FEATURES:
- This is the latest folder gluer especially designed for Mid-small order production. More convenient for changing order management.
- Widely application, such as normal slotted carton gluing and in-regular box in single piece. Glue spraying device added with this machine in order to proceed with bottom folding box and cover box.
- Two gluing heads adopted with this machine to increase production ability. Save time, it only needs 1/3 times when manual operation.
- Top running speed at 56 meter per min.
- UV film and cover film layers can be burnished by dual head burnished to enhance the gluing tightness, which indeed solve user worries on less tightness.
- Manual folding can correct the skew scorering box.
- Burnishing unit: the burnishing wheel is adopted for its super hardness and long life span, dust cleaner can absorb all paper rags, which ensures a perfect environment.
- Glue application unit: The gluing tub make of stainless steel which has a nice resistance.
