The Features of Machine:

  1. This is a One-station for making Corrugated Carton Boxes, which can finish Feeding, Printing, Slotting (Die-cutting), Gluing, Folding, Counting Ejecting one time, save labor cost.
  2. This machine adopts Independent Industrial Computer (with Key Board) match with PLC in each Unit, easy to operate and maintain, fast order set and order change, save machine adjusting time.
  3. Our Control System can also connect with Corrugated Cardboard Production Line System, can greatly improve the production efficiency.
  4. Max. speed of this machine is 300sheets/min, can easy reach to a production capacity of 100,000sheets boxes, greatly improved the production capacity.
  5. Vacuum Transfer Printing Unit, widely application, especially good for bend & Wrap Cardboard, reduce the wastes.
  6. Inline Folder Gluer Servo Control, more accurate, reduce big/small gap and Scissor difference.
