General Specifications
TP-CR Series open & close type flexo folder gluer is extremely productive, stable, durable and precision.
This is a complete line for carton box making, which can finish cardboard feeding, printing, slotting, die-cutting, folding, gluing, counting and ejecting in one pass, more efficiency and save labor cost.
The whole line need from 3-4 staffs are enough for production, and can connect with automatic strapping machine or pre-feeder.
The machine is designed and made to high quality and safety standard, stable and consistency high printing quality maximize the production efficiency.
- FEEDING SECTION
Lead edge feeder with accurate feeding for all flutes and warped sheets.
Available for skip feed.
Auto zero-set for feeding position with one push button.
All gap adjustment is motorized control with digital display.
Frequency inverter drive with variable suction control.
Non-crush Feeding System is Optional
- PRINTING SECTION
Top print with Vacuum Transfer System.
Highly accurate printing registration.
Printing Register servo control.
Laser engraved ceramic anilox roll, 250-350LPI.
Rubber Roller as standard, and chamber blade system is Optional.
