General Specifications

This line mainly used to make Corrugated Carton Boxes from Corrugated Cardboard Sheets, it can finish multi process in one time pass to save time and labor cost, corrugated Carton Boxes are widely use in all kind of packages, such as Fruit Package, Beverage Package, Furnitures, Electric Parts and etc….
  2. TP-CR Series Flexo Printing Slotting Machine can easy combine with Inline Folder Gluer (Case Maker) and add Pre-feeder to make the whole line more efficiency, so the total line only need 3-4 people for operation.

FEEDING SECTION

  1. Automatic Setting for Changing order.

SLOTTER CREASER SECTION

  1. Accurate and precision setting position by Computer control.
  2. Register Servo Control.
  3. Pre-creasing by steel rollers or rubber wheels.
  4. Slitting knife from Taiwan Jeefeng.
  5. Big diameter of main Creasing roller for effective creasing performance.
  6. Slotting boss balance system.
  7. Board is firmly hold during the slotting.

DIE CUTTER SECTION

  1. Conveyor for Scraps remove.
  2. Heavy duty cylinders.
  3. Automatic setting for die cutting cylinder, anvil cylinder and pull rollers.
