- Suitable for large size carton, stitching fast and labor saving.
- Fully computer controlled, imported four servo power driven double head, whole control system adopt PLC control to prevent human factors caused nail box mistaken, operation convenient and quick.
- Can stitch sing nail, double nail, and reinforcing nail, suitable for different customer requirement of nail shape
- One machine dual-use, can work both single piece paperboard carton and double piece paperboard carton, also can work irregular paper carton.
- Dimensions are controlled by all-electric mode. Dimensions can be changed in only 2-3 minutes.
- Nail pitch, nail type, nail number, real baffle automatically adjusted by touch screen.
- Automatic lifting work table feeding. The front paper feeding table is equipped with photoelectric induction device, which automatically lifts and drops when feeding paper.
- Paperboard feeding automatic counting.
- The fork cutter is made of tungsten steel
- Stitching pitch 30-120mm adjustable.
