  1. Feeding Unit: Lead edge feeding system with 3-4 axis driving, non-crush feeding system as Optional. The extended dust removing system adopts 3-4 upper suction blower with 2 groups of anti-static brushes, side guides are motorized control or by order management syste.
  2. Printing Unit: Vacuum transfer printing units with surveillance system, freely to check cardboard transmit situation, from one to six color available, and vacuum transfer is more benefits for all kind of cardboard.
  3. Slotting Units: Heavy duty slotting unit have two options, both 8 shaft structure, one with Pre-creasing, widen creasing, thin creasing, single shaft dual slotter knifes, another option is Dual Slotter, which max. limit the box height.
  4. Die-cutting Unit: Heavy duty die-cutter is an optional unit, which used to make any complex shape of carton, a special Vibrator and Counter Stacker can be choose for die-cutting jobs to maximum production capacity with multi-out cartons, e.g. From 1-2, 1-3, 1-4 for reference.While produce die-cutting carton, the PP/PE strapping machine, Bopp film wrapping machine can be choose as an o

Simply description of FOLDER GLUER

  1. Top printing flexo printer slotter match with down-folding folder gluer machine, inline control, easy to adjusting orders, fast set-up of machines.
  2. Total of this folder gluer machine we use 9 servo motors for precision control, quickly feedback, more precision and more accurate.
  3. Suction belts is used to reduce the fishtails of box folding.
  4. Guiding wheels speed and angle can be adjusted to reduce big/small gap of folding.
  5. Top loading counter ejector, which is much more easy for die-cutting boxes stacking, more smoothly.
  6. Gluing system imported from USA, easy to adjust the glue length, save glue.
  7. Can easy match with automatic PP/PE strapping machine, makes the whole line only need 3-4 staffs, greatly save the labor cost and space.
