TP-CR-0920/1224-4D is especially design for Corrugated Carton Pizza Box Making, which can finish pizza box feeding, printing, die-cutting (RDC) Counting and Stacking, after that you can pack Pizza box with Automatic Wrapping Machine to make sure the boxes are clean enough.

- As we all knows Pizza Box is very smaller, this Automatic High Speed Flexo Printer Die cutter Vibrator Counter Stacker can make from One cardboard to separated to Several Cardboard, use 120x2400mm machine size as example
- The common Pizza Box size is 300x300x50mm, so the cardboard size is Length is 750mm, Width is 450m, in this case we can use a large cardboard size which is 900x2250mm, then we can get 6 boxes by a single pass, if the machine running speed is 180mm for such size, then we can get approx 65000 boxes per hours, and more than 518,400 boxes per 8 hours.

- With Vibrator, we can remove the scraps very easy and completely, and the Vibrator can separate the Cardboard completely from One to Two Pieces.
